We price depending on the service you select:

Per Shipment (price includes: tracking, packaging, insurance).

Monthly Managed Service (all-inclusive so you can budget more effectively).

Per Project (for example a warehouse move).

We are renowned for our flexible pricing and contract terms, allowing to grow or scale-back, as required, at short-notice.

No! You will be assigned a dedicated project manager, who’s job is to make sure that your project continues as agreed. They will be contactable via WhatsApp, TEAMS and email in office hours. 

We purposely do not allow our project managers to take on too much, so that the focus is on you and your business. Behind the project manager, is an experienced team of researchers, communicators and management; ensuring that our work is high quality at all times. 

Our prices include all packing materials.  

If you'd like to include specific branding on items/boxes/tapes then that is something we can discuss and arrange with you.

When you ask us to process an order, we you can choose different shipping speeds for example, same day, next day and so on.

Once processed, our systems will notify you on the progress of your shipment using various tracking technologies that email and/ or SMS. For containers and other abnormal shipments, we will communicate with you proactively by email, SMS or telephone. 

If you have any concerns or questions, get in touch with our logistics team as soon as possible and they will do their very best to help.  We are also happy to manage collections and returns from customers too.
