Social sustainability. AVENT Global Limited focuses on social responsibility and being a business that supports the surrounding community, employees and stakeholders. AVENT Global Limited invests in long-term community relationships by 'giving back' through sponsoring youth sport and other health related opportunities.
Environmental sustainability. AVENT Global Limited is certified carbon neutral and invests in wildlife regeneration and growth projects around the world. Every day, we assess our impact on waste and reduce packaging where possible. All our paper, cardboard, labelling and other consumables are biodegradable where possible (~97%). Our warehouse is part-powered with green energy where infrastructure allows (~65%).
Economic sustainability. As an SME, AVENT Global Limited focuses on corporate governance, supply chain sustainability, sustainability risk management, compliance and accounting transparency. Ensuring that we are compliant and a legitimate entity is paramount to our initial and ongoing successes.
AVENT Global Limited and Brunswick Medical Limited have already implemented our commitment to Net Zero, decades ahead of other companies and organisations. Below is a formal statement in line with UK Government PPN 06/21 template document.
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.
AVENT Global Limited:
Brunswick Medical Limited: Total emissions from 2021 is 31.97 Tonnes CO2e
Both companies will be consistently measured on an annual basis.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard[1] and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting[2].
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard[3].
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).

This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by AVENT Global Limited and Brunswick Medical Limited during the 2024/5 financial year to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.
Both companies fully support the UK Government’s objectives to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking.
AVENT Global Limited and Brunswick Medical Limited are both private limited companies limited by shares. The company operates in the UK.
Our services include logistics management and commercialisation support.
We know that whilst we are not a 'relevant' organisation (revenue <£36M p.a.) our Supply Chain presents the greatest risk of Slavery and Human Trafficking so our relationship with our suppliers is an essential part of our commitment to preventing modern slavery.
Our Modern Slavery strategy and processes include, but are not limited to, the following:
- All suppliers that are in scope of the Modern Slavery Act must provide their statement.
- An assessment for all new suppliers to comply with and procedural or legislative code.
Where the company, its suppliers or customers develop any concerns relating to modern slavery, they are raised with the Board of Directors. Appropriate action will then ensue.
Further, both companies have ensured the following:
- Training for all employees via our HR portal on the Modern Slavery Act and associated risks.
- Monthly meetings to proactively assess whether our activities or partners present a risk. Due diligence and risk assessments are undertaken and documented where required.
- We will publish our annual statements on our website.
